John

Founder & Fractional CMO

With over a decade of experience in B2B marketing, John founded Wiseridge to help mid-market businesses access the strategic leadership they need to scale. He specializes in data-driven growth strategies, creative problem-solving, and building scalable marketing systems. Early in his career, John served as an account strategist at a marketing automation company, giving him deep, hands-on expertise in the platforms and workflows that underpin modern demand generation.

At his most recent role before Wiseridge, he built the entire marketing function and team from the ground up (hiring, structuring, and leading the department) while driving record-breaking new client sales and a 2.5x increase in quarterly MQLs through integrated campaigns spanning SEO, paid media, webinars, and automation. He also developed a proven Go-To-Market playbook that powered expansion into three new industries in three years, producing the three best years in company history.

Before founding Wiseridge, John led growth marketing teams at a marketing agency and spent a decade running his own consultancy, helping startups, mid-market businesses, and higher education institutions scale through tailored marketing roadmaps and automation. That team-building experience now translates directly to his client work: he helps organizations structure their marketing teams with the right mix of full-time hires and specialist contractors so they can scale efficiently. Recognized as one of the top 101 B2B marketing influencers in both 2024 and 2025, he pairs big-picture strategy with hands-on execution in every engagement.

Fractional CFO

With 13+ years of corporate finance experience spanning planning, reporting, and analysis, Dave brings the financial rigor mid-market businesses need to scale with confidence. He specializes in FP&A, GAAP and statutory reporting, and building the financial infrastructure that turns gut-feel decisions into data-backed ones.

He's held finance leadership roles at organizations ranging from Fortune 100 insurers to high-growth startups, managing teams and owning full-cycle financial reporting and analysis. Across his years in healthcare and insurance, he built deep expertise in financial planning, reporting, and cross-functional business support.

Dave is a licensed CPA and CMA, and a graduate of Johnson & Johnson's Finance Leadership Development Program. He holds an MBA and undergraduate degrees in finance and mathematics.
